Mixtape is a Stray Kids charity zine celebrating five years worth of music.Zine will be A5, perfect bound, with all proceeds going to a TBA charity.Staytists from all around the world will come together to illustrate Stray Kids' entire discography, illustrating over 150 songs.Mixtape is a project by Stay, for Stay, and is not endorced nor affilated with JYP Enterntainment.
Artists
Artists will be required to illustrate one Stray Kids song, incorporating at least one Stray Kids member, as well as the title of the song somewhere within the piece. Q: What is a Zine?
A zine is collection of illustrations made by many fans, (In this case, by many Stay!), and bundled up in to one neat booklet.Q: What is the theme of the zine?

While we excitedly anticipate new SKZ Record songs, Comebacks, OSTs, and misc. other projects, this zine will only feature songs from The Sound and earlier. Anything after that will not be included.Q: What format will the zine be in?
This zine will be a5 size, perfect bound, with over 100 pages worth of art. Zine will be available in both digital and traditional formats.Q: Is This zine for profit or charity?
This zine is for charity.
Charity is TBA; we will compile the most requested charity types from the interest check, and contributors will get to vote on which one they wish to see the funds go to.Q: How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors will receive a free PDF version of the zine.
Contributors will have the option to purchase the zine + bundle at production cost.Q: What will be the form of communication for this zine?
Communication for this zine will take place via discord. All contributors are required to have/make a discord account by the time applications close in order to take part.Q: How old must contributors be to take part?
In compliance to Discords TOS, all contributors must be at least 13 or older.Q: How many contributors will there be?
We aim to take on as many contributors as possible; one artist per song~!Q: What is the rating of this zine? Are ships allowed?
This is strictly a SFW zine. Mild blood and weaponry will be allowed if the artist feels the song calls for it. This zine will not allow ships.Q: Will this zine have guests?
No, this zine will not feature any special guests.Q: Can we draw SKZoos instead of their human counterparts?
We are looking for the members to be in their human forms for this zine. If the artist wants to include the Skzoos as background elements they are welcome to, but the main focus should be on the human member. Also please note: you cannot use SKZoos as replacements for any of the song requirements. (So if a song has an OT8 requirement, you can’t just draw Human Bang Chan and then the other 7 members as skzoos.)Q: Can I apply as a merch artist as well as a page artist?
You may! But please note that depending on how many applications we receive, you will only be chosen for one spot.Q: Can I illustrate more than one song?
Artists will have the option to sign up for multiple songs, however, artists will not be given more than one song until everyone who signed up has been given a song first.Q: How do I claim a song to illustrate?
Artists will be asked to pick and rank the top 10 songs they would like to do art for.
Once apps close, mods will go through and assign songs, one song per artist, based on song requests. For songs where more than one artist are interested in illustrating it, a wheel will be spun in order to keep things as fair as possible.
In the chance we are unable to give you a song in your Top 10, you will be given one of the remaining available songs.Q: What if I don't like the song I was given?
We are going to try our best to give everyone a song that is in their top 10 list. Please understand that we anticipate some more popular songs having a lot of competition. For a week after songs are assigned, contributors will have the ability to swap songs with one another. While we understand some artists may end up with a song they would have not considered prior, we hope we can still give you something enjoyable! 🤍Q: Can I reuse a preexisting illustration?
No. All work for this zine must be new and intended for this zine.Q: Can I post WIPs online?
No. We please ask that you refrain from sharing WIPs or progress shots online. We will have a chance for you to share snippets online, but please wait until the mods give the green light.Q: Can I sell prints of my pieces/put it in my portfolio?
All artists retain complete ownership of their art, and are welcome to do what they would like with their pieces once the zine project is completed. However, we kindly ask that you wait until the zine closes before selling your piece or putting it in your portfolio.

Head Mod | Finance and ProductionKy is the head mod of this zine. Chan simp by day, art gremlin by night, they are excited to host a project to celebrate Stray Kids' intensive discography, as well as bring Staytists all over the world together.
Ky has hosted multiple events before, ranging from cupsleeve events (@MoonKeyCafe), collaborative freebie events (@MonbebeDay2022 and Artbebe Freebies for the 2022 MX concert), as well as the Stray Kids Holiday Card Project. Ky is also a shop owner, with over six years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and shipping original and fan made merchandise.

Graphics ModI'm Lemon, a character artist and designer based in Canada. I've been a fan of SKZ since IAW era and have been stuck in this whole stay thing ever since (help.)
